Soms gebeurt het. Staren. Je moet nadenken, dus je gaat staren. Het liefst naar iets wat je niet afleidt van die zo belangrijke overpeinzing.
Staren naar je overbuurvrouw die haar begonia’s snoeit, het gras dat groeit of een grote smoezelige muur op school.
De mijne bleek niet zo leeg als verwacht (muur en overpeinzing).
Staring at the wall
Sometimes it happens. Staring. You have to think, so you stare. Preferably at something or someone that doesn’t distract you from your important thought.
Staring at your neighbour crawling in her flowerbeds, the grass that grows or a big, not to clean, wall at school.
Mine wasn’t as empty as expected (wall and thought, for that matter)
